10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cultural Bridge Labs LLC shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
