2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are a new subscriber (first-time customer)
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- Your account is in good standing
2.2 What's Covered
Our money-back guarantee covers:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees (full refund within 30 days)
- Plan upgrade charges (prorated amount)
2.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment processor to reflect the refund.
3. Subscription Cancellations
3.1 How to Cancel

3.2 Immediate Effect
When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to CreatorPilot until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to our free tier (if available) or suspended.
3.3 No Partial Refunds for Cancellations
Cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period do not qualify for partial refunds. You will continue to have access through your paid period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
4. Plan Changes and Upgrades
4.1 Upgrades
When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
4.2 Downgrades
Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan features until then. No prorated refunds are issued for downgrades.
4.3 Annual to Monthly Conversions
If you wish to switch from annual to monthly billing, please contact support. We will calculate any applicable refund based on the difference between annual and monthly pricing for unused months.
5. Circumstances That Void Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- Terms of Service Violations: Including abuse, spam, or illegal content
- Chargebacks or Disputes: If you dispute charges with your bank while requesting a refund
- Excessive Usage: If you've significantly exceeded fair usage limits
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent our policies
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud or manipulate our system
- Beyond 30 Days: Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period

9. Free Trial and Promotional Offers
9.1 Free Trials
Free trials allow you to experience CreatorPilot without payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Our 30-day refund guarantee applies to any charges that occur after your trial period.
9.2 Promotional Pricing
Special promotional pricing or discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Refunds for promotional subscriptions are subject to the same terms as regular subscriptions.
9.3 Lifetime Deals
Lifetime or one-time payment deals are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, these purchases are final and non-refundable.
